Pools are nice, staff is usually friendly. But lately often it is disgusting when it comes to cleanliness. This was the “best” shower I could find, no towel bin not overflowing. Trash can over flowing. Just gross.
Also, tonight at 8pm staff came and flipped the switch on the hot tub. “It’s 8pm, these facilities are closed”. A warning or a “have a goodnight” would be great. I felt like I was a teenager doing something wrong
I love this gym, so it gets a 5 stars.
One complaint however, and that’s the enforcement of the workout floor rules. They’re posted everywhere, but not enforced at all. For example, you’re not supposed to wear slides or sandals when working out on the weight floor, but of course your average gym bro is wearing Birkenstocks to lift… Another rule, no phone calls on the gym floor. You can imagine how much that is ignored. I think overall the gym is a pretty nice place, I only have time to go when it’s busiest (around 4-6pm) but when you go when it’s sparse, it’s a wonderful time. Go to this gym, it’s worth it.
Love this gym! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and equipment are great and so far I haven't seen any machines out of service. Pool and hot tub areas are extensive although sometimes crowded. I love the classes the most as the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love what they do. They are so great at learning everyone's name. They also offer more classes than I've seen at most gyms in the area so I love having so many options every day.
This is a fantastic location for family time. I truly appreciate the diverse selection of pools, along with the sauna and jacuzzi. The gym features a broad range of high-quality machines. Additionally, they offer food and shakes for sale. I always feel welcomed here; it’s a wonderfully tranquil environment to enjoy with my family.
I’ve taken several Pilates classes at VillaSport, and I can honestly say that taking Kevin’s classes has made such a difference for me. You can immediately tell how much he genuinely cares about what he does. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and intentional with every class he teaches.
What stands out the most is the attention he gives to each person. He takes the time to make adjustments, offers modifications when needed, and even personalizes exercises based on individual goals or limitations. You never feel like you’re just another person in the room—he makes everyone feel seen and supported.
If you’re a VillaSport member and have the chance to take one of Kevin’s classes, I highly recommend it. His passion for Pilates and dedication to helping his clients grow create such a positive and welcoming environment. Thank you, Kevin, for all the encouragement, care, and effort you put into every class!
