Pools are nice, staff is usually friendly. But lately often it is disgusting when it comes to cleanliness. This was the “best” shower I could find, no towel bin not overflowing. Trash can over flowing. Just gross. Also, tonight at 8pm staff came and flipped the switch on the hot tub. “It’s 8pm, these facilities are closed”. A warning or a “have a goodnight” would be great. I felt like I was a teenager doing something wrong
View on Google ↗The 3rd week snuck up on me. Definitely enjoying the amenities. Also met helpful members and staff. Brandon, the new supervisor is very informative and consistent with customer service. A lot of changes going on with upgrading the facility. In light of this? I do think the membership fee should be 50% off until they are done— 1) because they will insure that the modifications happen a lot faster by corporate. Looking forward to the summer! I am accustomed to Lifetime, but I am exploring my options in case I opt to work for a gym as a part time gig after my certs. Lots of choices and short on time. Slim pickings tho. I will say that I def will be more willing to work for an establishment that treats their employees as well as their members with respect having a short window of tolerance for discrimination. Complimenting an instructor for a class is not a free license to target and stalk members that are open to changing their membership to accommodate any preferences by management, around confusion and contradiction of program administration. Good thing I can find out these experiences as a member and not an employee. Oh, and the recovery option is by far the best reason to be a member at Villa. It’s perfect and affordable 🙏🏾 Thanks Villa!
View on Google ↗I love this gym, so it gets a 5 stars. One complaint however, and that’s the enforcement of the workout floor rules. They’re posted everywhere, but not enforced at all. For example, you’re not supposed to wear slides or sandals when working out on the weight floor, but of course your average gym bro is wearing Birkenstocks to lift… Another rule, no phone calls on the gym floor. You can imagine how much that is ignored. I think overall the gym is a pretty nice place, I only have time to go when it’s busiest (around 4-6pm) but when you go when it’s sparse, it’s a wonderful time. Go to this gym, it’s worth it.
View on Google ↗We had an amazing tour of Villa Sport thanks to Aaron! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to show us everything the facility has to offer. The entire gym looks nice, clean, and well-maintained. A huge highlight for us is the pool and water park area—the kids are going to absolutely love it! We are really looking forward to joining. Highly recommend asking for Aaron if you're looking for a tour!
View on Google ↗Love this gym! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and equipment are great and so far I haven't seen any machines out of service. Pool and hot tub areas are extensive although sometimes crowded. I love the classes the most as the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love what they do. They are so great at learning everyone's name. They also offer more classes than I've seen at most gyms in the area so I love having so many options every day.
