Junely

Terms of Service

Last updated July 2, 2026

Welcome to Junely. These terms are the agreement between you and Lexonomy LLC ("Junely," "we," "us") for your use of junely.co (the "Service"). By using Junely, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Junely is

Junely is a free directory and search tool that helps parents and guardians in Colorado discover kids' summer camps and after-school programs. We gather and organize information about programs, and we work hard to keep it accurate and current. We are not the camps. We don't run them, and we don't sell spots in them.

Registrations happen with the provider, not us

When you find a program on Junely and decide to enroll, you do that directly with the provider on their own site, under their terms. Junely is not a party to that transaction. We're not responsible for a provider's programs, pricing, availability, scheduling, refunds, conduct, or safety. Any dealings you have with a provider are between you and them.

About the information we show

We aim to show real, currently-open programs and to mark when we last verified availability. Still, details change fast, and the information is provided "as is" without a guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Always confirm the important details (dates, price, age range, openings) with the provider before you rely on them.

Affiliate links

Some links to providers are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you register through one, at no extra cost to you. This never affects which programs we show you or how we rank them. Our organic results and our "what's actually open" signal are never for sale.

Your account

You can use Junely without an account. If you create one (by email link or by signing in with Google), you're responsible for activity under it. Tell us at hello@junely.co if you think it's been misused. You can delete your account or data at any time by emailing us.

Submitting a program

If you submit a camp or class through "Add your program," you confirm that you're authorized to submit it and that the information is accurate. We may list, edit, or decline any submission at our discretion, and we may contact you about it.

Sharing a plan

The Planner lets you create a view-only link to a snapshot of your plan (children's ages and placed programs — never names). You control that link: you decide who gets it, you can reset it at any time, and it expires at the end of the season. You're responsible for what you share and who you share it with — don't share a plan that includes information about children you're not the parent or guardian of, and don't present a shared plan as someone else's. Shared views are for personal, family use; we may disable any share link at our discretion (for example, if it's reported as abusive or misleading).

Acceptable use

Our content and brand

The Junely name, logo, design, and original content are ours. Information about individual programs belongs to the providers. You may use Junely for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of finding programs for your family.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Junely and Lexonomy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything arising out of your use of the Service or your dealings with any provider you found through it. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free service is zero.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Junely grows; we'll change the "last updated" date when we do, and significant changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
