Junely helps Colorado parents find kids' camps and after-school programs. We try to collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we explain plainly what we do with what we have. This policy covers junely.co (the "Service"), operated by Lexonomy LLC ("Junely," "we," "us").
We do not ask for your children's names, birthdates, photos, or contact info — the Planner needs only an age. Junely is a tool for parents and guardians (see "Children" below).
If you choose to share your plan, we create a view-only snapshot of it at a private link. The snapshot contains exactly what the grid shows: each child's age and the programs you placed — never names, emails, or account details. A few things to know:
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising. Some links to providers are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you register through one. That happens through tracking codes and links, never by handing over your personal data, and it never changes which programs we show you.
We use a small set of service providers to operate Junely. They only process your data to provide their service to us:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Junely and our users.
Junely sets one cookie: a first-party analytics cookie from PostHog holding a random identifier so we can tell returning visits apart from new ones. It lasts up to a year, is never used for advertising, and is never shared with ad networks or data brokers — there are no third-party marketing or tracking cookies here. We also use your browser's local storage for features you can see: your saved camps, your planner, and small preferences. You can clear or block all of this in your browser settings. Browsing and searching work without it; features that are built on this storage — saving camps, alerts you set while browsing, and the Planner — need it to function.
Junely is intended for adults (parents and guardians) and accounts may only be created by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The only child-related information we store is what a parent chooses to enter in the Planner — an age, never a name — and it's shared with others only if that parent explicitly creates a share link. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep your information while your account or subscription is active, and delete or anonymize it on request. We protect data in transit with encryption and limit access to it (our database is locked down so only our server can read or write it). No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
We'll update this policy as Junely grows, and we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
