Untapped Learning

My son has been working with Adam at Untapped for a year and a half. This program turned his life around - he was struggling with attention and time management, and was spiraling deeper before joining Untapped. Within a few weeks, his ability to organize and hold himself accountable began to improve. I couldn't recommend Untapped and Adam highly enough to kids who are struggling and need some accountability to help push thru the tough times, especially when trying to navigate living on their own for the first time! Thank you, Adam, for your friendship and empathy towards Andreas and giving him the support when he needed it!

Nice well-intentioned people and what seems to be a good outline of a program, however nothing has changed for us so far. We started this in March so toward the end of the school year (3 months). Maybe we would have had better results if we started at the beginning of the school year. Hoping between now and the end of next school year we see some big changes!

My son has received services at Untapped since 7th grade and is now going into his sophomore year. Challenged by ASD and ADHD, this program helped him make tremendous strides not only in his academic success but also in the development of essential executive functioning skills that will benefit him for life. The team demonstrated a deep understanding of how to engage and motivate students while holding them accountable in a supportive and structured way. They helped my son build effective routines, improve time management, stay organized, and approach his schoolwork with greater independence and confidence. More importantly, they gave him tools to problem-solve and self-advocate—skills that extend well beyond the classroom. What sets Untapped apart is their genuine commitment to each student’s personal growth. They took the time to get to know my son as an individual and tailored their approach to meet his unique needs. Their support played a pivotal role in helping him develop into a more confident, capable, and self-directed learner. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance and highly recommend Untapped to any family looking to support their child’s academic performance and executive functioning

We were introduced to Untapped by a friend and neighbor after our daughter’s freshman year of high school, and it has been a game-changer. What started as us needing to remind her about sessions quickly turned into her managing her own schedule with her mentor, staying on top of responsibilities, and growing into a confident, independent student. Untapped helped her build executive functioning skills—something that doesn't always come naturally in school. With their support, she not only kept her grades consistent (and improving!) but also started taking initiative on her own. Her mentor helped guide her through tracking volunteer hours and finding meaningful opportunities that align with her interests and future goals. Now, she’s organized, motivated, and already thinking ahead to college. We’re so grateful to Untapped for giving her the tools to thrive—not just academically, but in life. Now we are about to send our son! Thank you Untapped!

Untapped learning was such a wonderful way to have my child stay on top of his homework and life tasks without me having to constantly bug him. As a result, not only did Untapped Learning assist my child with organization, grades, and managing homework and life it also very much allowed me to be a Mom during High school years instead of being a nagging Mom. It improved my relationship with my son and gave him confidence as well. He enjoyed having me separate from schoolwork and I benefited as well. I can't say enough about the staff. So responsible, kind and able to look at students as who they are as a whole and match their mentors accordingly! I'm so grateful them.
