Just had them at the Second Saturday festival in Olde Town Arvada. They were great, I had the pork dumplings. It came with red cabbage and mashed peas. I particularly liked the peas. Ive never had Ukrainian food before, but I'll be sure to visit them again in the future if I encounter their truck again. It was delicious!

Loved that I was able to try a taster of things ahead of ordering. Also loved that there was vegetarian options including vegetarian split pea. It's been years since I've had split pea since it always has ham and was so excited to have a vegetarian mushroom potato stuffed pancake option! And the split pea comes with the meal! Great value for the quantity of food you get and the flavor was incredible!

I’ve been wanting to try this food booth, but they are very popular and sell out quickly. Today I still missed out on the potato pancakes, which I really want to try, so I’m going to try another week. 😅 But the split pea soup and salad were incredible. The gentleman is extremely nice and I love supporting his business. I really recommend that everyone try it; it is delicious! I could tell it was healthy food and felt good for my body and soul.

What. A. Gem. I had the absolute pleasure of trying Sunflower Ukrainian Foods at the Golden farmer's market. First, the young woman running operations... the sweetest lady. She shared that they had a restaurant in The Ukraine for 8 years. They've just opened their second food truck here and she said hopefully in the future a restaurant. She's fantastic. Let's talk food. I had the Chicken Kyve. It was served with pickled salad and pea soup. That pea soup was outstanding. Very deep, very warm flavors. The pickled salad was a little onion forward for me but still good. The chicken Kyve itself was very enjoyable. I didn't know what to expect, but I wasn't disappointed. My partner had the sausages. They give you a very generous serving of 3 decent sized sausages, and they were delicious! We left full and happy. I highly recommend checking out Sunflower Ukrainian Foods. Google won't let keep adding reviews, so I'm adding on to my review. Guys... I am in love with the food truck. I've now had chicken kyve, cabbage roll, sausages and today I'm checking out the stuffed pancake and a few meatballs. The stuffed pancake was a little too big for me to finish, that's not a bad thing. Her meatballs though....GO GET SOME OF THAT!! They were so good. Per usual a star on my plate is the pea soup. I love that stuff. Go eat, drink and be kind

I really wanted to come back and have lunch here, but we had to leave urgently, so we only had time to try the meat dumpling and the eggplant spread they treated us to. It was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely come back for lunch when we’re in Denver again.
