Love this shop. Took Sewing 101 and 201 and learned two projects already. Looking forward to taking more classes. The shop is full of lovely fabrics and fun accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable - many of them class teachers themselves- and happy to help with shopping.

I absolutely love my sewing class! My teacher, Kerry, is incredibly kind and helpful, always taking the time to walk me through each step as I worked on creating my top. Even when I don’t finish a project in one class, I’m never frustrated because I feel like I’m truly learning new concepts and clever shortcuts every time. One of my favorite parts of the class is that everyone works at their own pace. It creates such a supportive environment where you can learn not only from the teachers but also from classmates who may be a step ahead (or behind) in their projects. There’s always someone willing to share a tip or show how they did something. I’m just really grateful to have a fun, welcoming place where I can sew garments and be surrounded by teachers who love sewing just as much as I do. I had a private session with Katie and it was really rewarding to learn construction concepts! I appreciated her going slow and letting me watch her do something then I would mimic! It makes the whole experience inspiring and enjoyable!

I've taken the Sewing 101 and 201 classes. After the 201 I was able to make a zipper pouch on my own. The classes are fun and I've already learned a lot. If you're on the fence about the adult classes I highly recommend them. The shop itself is also quite cute! They seem to have more variety than the big box stores

Amazing, accessible beginner classes that help you feel confident starting your sewing journey! Plus super friendly staff, gorgeous fabrics, and lots of opportunities to build crafty community. So glad I started taking classes here and excited to continue!

I took the Adult 101 sewing class almost a month ago. Since then, I have made a shirt, a bag with a zipper, a larger tote bag, fidget toys, and now I’m hemming pants. Granted, I wasn’t a complete beginner when I started. I had about 10 vintage machines ranging from 1922 to 1997 that I brought back to life. However, despite this, I didn’t know how to sew. The 101 class gave me the confidence I needed to get started. Thank you all!
