I have been a REC student for years and it has been a ride. This isn't just a place for homework and study help, but also a place to make friends. Everyone at rec feels like a family to me, and I hate to see when my tutors leave, even if I am happy for them. This is the first place I've ever really had a strong relationship with adults besides my parents, and they've helped me make friends with my teachers. Some of my favorite people are my tutors, and I will gladly go to rec even with straight A's and no homework. And when I do have homework, everyone at rec is extremely useful. My friends have grown their grades from very low to pretty high. When I graduate, it will definitely be one of my most missed things about school. I highly recommend it to ANY kid, especially those who miss field trips (we have the best field trips in rec) and the kids who love snacks! :)
