Premier Gymnastics East

It’s hard to put into words what Premier Gymnastics East has meant to our family over the years. This gym has been so much more than a place to train — it has truly been a home away from home. Thanks to the incredible coaches, their unwavering commitment, and their genuine love for the sport — and even more importantly, for each gymnast as both an athlete and a child — my daughter is now competing at the Division I level. That alone speaks volumes, but it’s only part of the story. From the moment you walk through the doors, the love, care, and support they pour into their athletes is immediately apparent. The coaches are easy to talk to, highly communicative, endlessly supportive, and exceptionally knowledgeable. They build trust with both the gymnast and the parent, and you never once question whether your child is in good hands — because you know they are. The coaches have also built a culture around encouragement, confidence and respect. The gymnasts are taught to be strong, kind teammates — cheering each other on, pushing each other in healthy ways, supporting one another, and growing together both physically and mentally. Premier East believes in commitment, growth, and continual improvement. If you and your child are willing to work hard, dream big, and push yourselves, they will be right by your side every step of the way, helping turn those dreams into reality. They love your child like their own, celebrate the victories, and stand strong through the challenges. Premier East will always be a part of our lives and an irreplaceable part of my daughter’s journey. She would not be where she is today without this gym and every single person who played a role in her story — big or small. We are forever grateful.

Open Gym is the perfect time for young kids to try out all the equipment, run, jump and play. We love it and appreciate having a place that the kids can go play and enjoy such a large space.

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. The coaching is fantastic in every way. The people are amazing. The facility is great. My daughter has gained so my confidence and has falling more in love with the sport since moving to Premier East and I 100% give credit to her coaches. She has grown as a person and is happy in and out of the gym. She is always so excited to go to practice. I will recommend Premier East to everyone that is looking for a gym. We absolutely love this facility, the coaches, the atmosphere, and the knowledge my daughter has gained since being here. The coaches push for greatness while explaining how to achieve that in a way that is understandable to their younger athletes!

My daughter joined Premier after being at a different local gym for 2 years. In the first few weeks of practice she developed several new skills that she had been wanting to learn at her old gym. Premier is challenging her to try new skills, but also focuses on safety and correct development. She has so much fun with her team and coach Kyla! She never wants to miss a practice!
