From the moment I arrived, everyone on the staff made me feel so welcome. I booked my reservation to celebrate my birthday, and they truly went above and beyond. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. A special thank you to Joey for being such an amazing guide and making the entire experience even more memorable. I’d also like to thank the videographer, I absolutely loved the video! It captured the moment perfectly, and I’ll cherish it forever. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. I can’t wait to come back!

As a first time skydiver I didn’t really know what to expect but these ladies and gentlemen made the experience worth every penny!!! My tandem guides name was Austin, he did an amazing job at explaining everything and what to expect! I also paid more for the outside camera instead of the hand cam and let me tell ya IT WAS WORTH IT!! Video man(forgot his name) did Phenomenal the images and video came out with some amazinggg shots! Really everyone here is a vibe and would 1000% recommend!!! Not to mention the views when your falling is stunning!

I came here to teach a course. I have been repeatedly astounded by the safety culture. The entire staff has safety first and foremost in their mind. The front desk folk Rebecca, Crystal & Billy, Erica & Jeff keep the bus and plane rolling. thanks so much. The King Air is flying high and fast. The view is AMAZING!!!!!!! Rich, Ryan, Joey & everyone at this DZ is AWESOME. CODY the nylon folding American is so dang BA. Thanks so much for all those buttery openings.

0 out of 5 stars! Do NOT recommend I was excited for my second skydive, but the experience was overshadowed by poor communication and unprofessional customer service. I arrived for my scheduled 9:00 AM tandem jump, checked in, and was told to wait. When everyone started gearing up, I was left standing there until I asked what was happening. I was then told I wasn’t on that flight and had been moved to another group—without anyone informing me. I ended up waiting over two hours because of an internal scheduling issue. Manager Rich then made sarcastic comments toward me in front of other customers instead of showing empathy for the situation. Because of the delay, I had to leave immediately after my jump to make the two-hour drive back to my airport. I confirmed that my email address and Dropbox link were correct so my photos and videos could be sent to me, only to later be told I “might”receive them by Thursday. Given the complete lack of communication throughout the day, I have little confidence that will actually happen. The only highlight was my tandem instructor, who was calm, professional, and made me feel comfortable enough to enjoy the jump. He deserves recognition. Skydiving is stressful enough. Better communication between the front desk, manifest team, and management would make a huge difference.

Started my AFF here. Had the ground school with Marty. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all the questions. Knocked out my first jump with Jason and Crystal last week. They made me feel comfortable with that first jump. Came back today and did three jumps with Marty and Todd. They were equally amazing at walking through the dive flows multiple times and giving great feedback. Both made me feel welcome into the community at the end of the day along with other staff and regulars.
