The poolside rock wall is GREAT for building your skills and there’s at least one V8 route. But, they do have staffing and consistency issues with their pool/climbing hours which makes coming here before OR after work extremely inconvenient for me. I’ve been told misleading information over the phone about their hours multiple times and it is extremely disappointing when I call to confirm, then get ready for my workout just to get turned around. Their biggest room for improvement is more accommodation and time for climbers! Staff has always been friendly but this has been a big disappointment to me time and time again.

Drove 30 minutes to get there. Literally as we were walking in, they closed the slide at the pool because there was lightening. Considering the slide was why we came, we decided to go and play at McDonald's to wait and see if it would reopen. A hour later I tried to call 6 times over a 20 minute period and no one would answer the phone. The man that worked at the front desk was not friendly and very hard to communicate with, skills that I would think would be important for his position. I know they have rules, but it was not a very welcoming or pleasant experience.

It’s a nice facility but the front desk is always confused. I asked about ending my membership and they said it would be taken care of, only to be charged for two months after it was supposed to end. Also, the workout classes are subpar and one of the instructors shamed me for not keeping up in front of the whole class. Definitely didn’t feel like a good environment for people who are trying to get back into working out.

Great gym, great swimming pool for family and great staff at swimming area. 1 star for the front desk, every weekend I go with family, they have some new check in process. I wish to get all these options else where in Parker. Someday scan does not work, other day payments. One day they could not find my kid name in my account to check in. I am a member for 2+ years now never faced these issues before.

The Parker Rec Center is a great community resource that offers something for everyone. With its modern equipment and facilities, including swimming pool, rock climbing wall, slide, kids pool, indoor track, basketball, pickleball, and more. It's a fantastic place to stay active and healthy. The staff is friendly and there are a variety of programs and classes. The rec center is a hub of community activity.
