Ocean First Swim School

I didn’t learn to swim until adulthood, so it was important that my little one could start early. We first tried another swim school near Costco in Superior, but my kiddo dreaded classes. After asking our community, we found Ocean First — and what a difference. Every teacher has been warm, patient, playful, and intuitive to my child’s needs. The staff has also been wonderfully flexible with scheduling, which has made it easy to keep lessons going as our availability shifts. We began with private lessons for one-on-one time, and after a summer, she was ready for group classes. In less than a season, my 4-year-old is diving to the bottom to find jewels and making short swims to safety! It’s incredible to see her progress and, even more, to see her develop a genuine love for swimming. If your child has been struggling to enjoy the water, I can’t recommend Ocean First enough.

It’s a great learning environment me and my dad went for our open water diver certifications with them. They’re super professional and it’s a fun learning experience it’s super open and it has a lot of information for different courses to take to learn more and it’s really well connected for building relationships and staying connected with the diving community would definitely recommend taking other courses and swimming lessons
