Mile High Youth Theatre

MHYT is a true Congress Park gem. Having a top-notch program within walking distance has been such a gift — their class/rehearsal space in the old neighborhood school feels cozy and familiar in the best way. Bussy and Christina are incredible at their craft and so dedicated to this company, and it shows in every class and production they lead. The directors, choreographers, and vocal team bring amazing enthusiasm and professionalism, really pushing the kids to do their best. The community is wonderful, too — the kids support one another and can’t wait to come back for more.

Every show we see is beautifully done, professional and moving. The leaders (Christina and Bussy) are incredible humans with a passion for teaching kids, dedication to the theater arts, and a joy to be around. My daughter couldn't be happier building her theater skills and performing with MHYT!

Mile High Youth Theatre has been instrumental in shaping my daughter as a young artist. Doing productions with MHYT has taken her performances to a new level. Bussy and Christina create an environment where kids feel safe to take risks on stage and to be themselves.

Mile high youth theater is incredible. The directors and entire production crew are extremely talented and professional. They challenge these young actors to be their best on stage and off. I have been blown away by each experience/production from start to finish. If your child is interested in theater- this is the place for you!!
