Loveland Ski Area

While other resorts have hiked up their prices up and made skiing completely unrealistic. Loveland remains as the “affordable” mountain. They have a decent amount of runs. Terrain that varies from green runs to black and even has some bowls to ski if you’re willing to hike. Like all Colorado ski mountains there are good snow days and bad. My family loves Loveland and we hope to see the affordable prices continue so that we can ski for years to come.

This was our first time ever skiing and I have to say, Loveland did not disappoint! We had such a great time here! The staff was great! The rental process was easy! And the slopes were amazing! We will definitely be back! Skiing at Loveland is possibly a new family christmas tradition now! 😍🥰

My primary resorts are on the Epic Pass but I constantly find myself heading back to Loveland because it provides a different experience. The lifts aren’t high tech, but the terrain more than makes up for it! And if you get to experience a powder day, you’ll get to see truly how much run this place is!

I had an exceptional experience with Ken my Ski instructor. It started out as an intermediate group lesson with myself and another guy but I ended up with an amazing private lesson. Ken was very patient and thorough with me. This was my first lesson but not my first time on skis. I knew how to ski but never formally trained and this experience was worth every penny. Ken gave me so much confidence out there, and guided me towards taking on steeper slopes. My daughter and I both had lessons this day and by the end of the day we were semi pros. This has made me a lot more confident about skiing and I now look forward to winter vacations. Thank you again!

This is a hidden gem right off the interstate that 100% of I-70 skiers see, but probably only 10-20% ever ski! It’s not a bougie resort…there is No resort, this is a ski mountain only, which is great! Great mountain with great runs! The top bowls above tree line can get very windy and cold and is not for beginners. We had fresh snow and it snowed all day on us. I’m ready to go again
