I recently visited Life Time Fitness as a guest with a friend, and I had such a great experience that it made me want to get my own membership. One of the highlights of the visit was stopping by the cafe, a girl named Ariela helped us. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and added a lot to the experience. Between the quality of the gym and the kindness of the staff. I left feeling very impressed. I can definitely see myself becoming a member soon!
View on Google ↗Great yoga, gym, and steam room, but unfortunately the club cannot seem to maintain the facilities. The oversized population of retirement folks rule the building and leave behind bloody bandaids, gauze, tissues, and even fecal matter. We’ve asked the club many times to place signs and enforce cleanliness, but with no success. I love this club and hope that better management can fix this issues.
View on Google ↗I hate to give such a low rating, but in this case I think it’s warranted. I was a member at the Boulder Lifetime from the day they opened, and it was excellent across the board. After moving back to Denver, I started using the Glendale location (which honestly shouldn’t be called Cherry Creek), and it was a major disappointment. The steam room smelled like mildew and wasn’t hot enough, the sauna was only around 170° which feels far too low for a quality sauna experience, and the locker rooms felt dark, dated, and poorly maintained. I also noticed clumps of hair in the showers. This was at 2pm on a weekday, so it wasn’t even during a busy time. I understand it’s an older building, but for the membership cost, I expect the facility to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Boulder had their cleaning and upkeep dialed in. It was genuinely impressive. I ultimately canceled my membership because of these issues and because Denver West is too far from Congress Park for me to use regularly. Unfortunately, I still haven’t found another gym in Denver with the amenities I want: a year-round outdoor pool, hot and clean sauna and steam room, cold plunge, and clean locker rooms. If Glendale improves these areas, I would absolutely consider becoming a member again.
View on Google ↗Simply not worth it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The expectation the price dictates is not met by the club overall. There are way too many members for the gym to feel comfortable. And it feels like many of the members are retired and live in the locker room. The sauna is generally full. I have to wipe down my locker every time I come here, because it always has hair and dirt inside. Shower pressure is hit or miss. Some of them are fine, but others have no pressure and showering is a frustrating experience. At this point, I don't even bother planning to use the locker room/sauna/shower, and I just want to complete my workout and leave as quickly as possible. Overall, I can't recommend this gym and I hope an alternative opens
View on Google ↗I am very disappointed in how down hill this place has gone. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is nice at times. I feel the building is too small for what the company represents. I remember when this place used to be a sports club not a high end gym. I enjoy an early morning workout, you would think that amenities would be stocked, towels ready for use and the return bins empty. But it’s quite the opposite. I find sometimes that the employees just pass by a full trash can just wiping machines waiting for the next to do it. I’ve bumped in to employees who just hide out in the men’s locker rooms or bathrooms, and only the few same employees running around trying to catch up, because I guess to some employees standing around looking pretty or just hiding in locker rooms is more important than actually doing the job they are paid to do. Call me a snob, but this place charges almost an arm and a leg for it to be a complete mess. Where is management? I’ve read some past reviews and nothing seems to change. I do not recommend this gym if you are looking for something high end. Look elsewhere! Save your money!!!!
