My daughter has been training with Justin at Landow Performance for over a year now, and the transformation we’ve seen has been incredible. This is an amazing facility for all ages. Our kids are in 5th and 6th grade and we're definitely going back. They build fundamental skills and they get a great workout. The coaches are fun but put them to work!

For every stage, phase or age Justin Staab will meet you where you are at and help you achieve your goals. Justin has trained 2 generations of my family and has not only been an amazing trainer for my sons but an even better role model. He has been instrumental in our success and consistency. Justin has helped me rehabilitated injuries and kept me motivated when the rehabilitation road appeared long. Although my son and I would train separately, we always added in one session a week for a mother / son training session which Justin ran seamlessly and we both left exhausted and met our goals. Justin is extremely talented and connects well with everyone. He is truly genuine and caring and goes the extra mile to support his clients.
