Great venue for a play, a musical performance or other events. They always have interesting art as well both downstairs and upstairs. They offer beverages and snacks and good seating options. Very nice local performance center with good community support.

Small & intimate but still has box seats & a balcony. The venue showcases music, dance & other less usual programs (flamenco dancing, acrobatics, magic, silent films with alive person playing theater organ accompliment, children friendly professional programs also). Each show has a narrow window of opportunity to be seen. Village Roaster has a small snack area before & ar intermission foe most shows.

My daughter does dance here. The instructor is amazing! We also love to walk around and see the art. My son plans to do the at classes. Great opportunity for kids at an affordable price for parents!

Beautiful! The facility itself has great acoustics for hard of hearing people, and it is overall very comfortable. And very diverse, art and music and culture offerings. We enjoy it every time we go. These events are made affordable the public, especially seniors. On more restricted incomes. A great service by the city of Lakewood

Had an incredible experience there seeing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat! Parking was easy with a parking garage below the theater that I very much appreciated. Staff was wonderful and kind, and the seats and view were amazing within the theater itself. None of that, however, held a candle to the talent displayed on the stage. Truly a talented cast! Saw the show and immediately wanted to see it again! Hugely recommend and will be returning to see other performances there! UPDATE: I have seen multiple shows now at the Lakewood Cultural Center and have not been disappointed. The talent is always mind-blowing, and the shows have been amazing. Additionally, the art displayed there is fantastic also, and I appreciate that there is plenty of parking.
