Kaplan

I have been doing online real estate licensing and continuing education exams and tests for over 20 years, having held emplying level broker licenses in multiple states for over 25 years, and have never had such a poor experience as with Kaplan's broker licensing course. I have helped numerous assistants work through obtaining their licenses and this is the most obtuse and complicated course I've seen, spending way too much time on aspects of the law that are seldom encountered, and not focusing on important and relevant information. Their tests include vague language, and they wont share what answers were incorrect. How does this help the student? The student needs to understand which areas they got wrong and which were correct, otherwise it's pointless. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I took the On Demand classes and participated weekly in the live study halls. I would highly recommend Kaplan to anyone interested in real estate school. If I had any questions, it was always easy and convenient to reach the head teachers with any questions I had beyond the on Demand classes. I took my test and passed on the first time!

I took the OnDemand online course and I couldn’t be happier. It was flexible, instructors are so knowledgeable, and they have an amazing interactive live study group. The online course structure is so user friendly and the instructor make it entertaining. I took my exams about a week ago and passed both exams on the first try. National with a 90% and State with a 93%. Kaplan really does provide you with everything you need in order to pass the exams first try. I was surprised how similar the questions in the exams were to Kaplan’s drills and practice exams. Definitely recommend Kaplan.

I have worked in online education both as a producer and as a consumer. I find it reprehensible that Kaplan Real Estate has a time limit of 6 months on access to course material for which you pay over $800. I took courses through University of Colorado Denver, and even though those courses were taken over a year ago, I sill have access to the course material. There are other educational organizations for real estate licensure. I would never recommend Kaplan Real Estate, especially if you say, get Covid, and you are unable to complete the course material within 6 months. Find another education provider.

I signed up for evening classes 1/12-3/1. I just took the PSI Exam today 3/4 and PASSED both exams! Kaplan was THE BEST CHOICE for my real estate education. Sunny and Betty are amazing instructors and the material provided is exactly what you need to pass. Thank you Kaplan!
