Flow Vault Parkour & Ninja

These guys have been absolutely fantastic to deal with and be apart of their community. Everyone is passionate and so positive. It’s awesome to be around. My son has been taking classes here for a few months now. All the coaches have been great however a shoutout to Jason is definitely due. He has been so awesome!! How he teaches and interacts is inspiring. The time that is taken to explain things to help insure that the skill being taught is understood and reinforcement along the way. I can’t recommend these guys enough

Coach Mel was absolutely incredible! She was so patient and understanding with my children who have never done parkour type activities before. Couldn’t recommend this spot and their camps enough!

Flow Vault and its coaches are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This is one of the best non-traditional “sports” you can do for your kid. The coaches are encouraging, engaged, and hold the kids accountable while helping them strive for their best. My child has gained confidence, strength, and this is one activity he begs to come do. I cannot rave enough about this place. Thank you!! They also have fun adult classes!

A big shout out to couch Will for handling our big party this weekend. He was kind and very accommodating. Flow vault is a great space. I highly recommend booking your next birthday here.

This is easily the best parkour gym in Colorado and it has the best coaches! Jason gives the best advice and is great at keeping the kids safe while still having fun!
