Flamenco Denver

My husband and I had the good fortune to attend Raices recently at the Lakewood Cultural Center! FANTASTICO in every sense of the word! Exhilarating! Such amazing talent and professionalism. What a treat and how fortunate Maria and her Dance Company are here in Denver. We'll be back at every opportunity to enjoy this incredible form of dance performance! We highly recommend everyone - all ages - go see one of the shows and I'm going to take some classes as soon as I am able. Truly exciting! Wonderful!!!

Maria Vasquez and her team presented a mesmerizing Winter recital performance on Dec 17th. The highly talented dancers, the singer, guitarist, percussionist and violinist were incredibly amazing. The city of Denver is fortunate to have a highly experienced and talented Flamenco dancer like Maria Vasquez bring the experience of Flamenco to Denver.

I have been taking flamenco classes with Maria for a few months and it is just great! You can move up levels as you become more skilled and there is always new steps and choreographies to learn that keep you motivated. They also have frequent shows that are a lot of fun, and the one big show Raices at the Newman Center every year that is really amazing, with guest artists from Spain. This is the real, authentic, deal for flamenco in Denver.

Best flamenco show! Loved everything, it was intense, beautiful. My favorite dance was the one with the Manton! You can tell they really dedicated time and alot of practice. They are truly commited!
