Mrs. Bigum is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and so easy to connect with. She has a warm, engaging personality that made my daughter feel comfortable right away, and she has a real gift for working with children. My daughter truly cannot wait for her sessions, which says so much about the positive and supportive environment Mrs. Bigum creates. Most importantly, my daughter has made progress in her reading with Mrs. Bigum’s guidance. We have seen meaningful growth not only in her reading skills, but also in her confidence. We are so thankful for her support, expertise, and dedication.
