We have been incredibly happy with the EMSC Team Eldora snowboard program. Our two teenage daughters have been part of the team, and the experience has been amazing. The coaches are not only highly competent and knowledgeable, but they are also excellent listeners who genuinely care about each athlete's development, goals, and well-being. They create an environment where every rider feels valued, supported, and encouraged to progress at their own pace. One of the things we appreciate most is the positive team atmosphere. The culture is welcoming, inclusive, and focused on helping athletes grow both as snowboarders and as individuals. Every athlete feels like an important part of the team, regardless of skill level. We have seen tremendous growth in our daughters' confidence, skills, and love for the sport. We highly recommend EMSC Team Eldora to any family looking for a well-run snowboard program with exceptional coaching, a strong sense of community, and a fun, supportive environment.

Solid spot for a day on the slopes. The runs aren’t huge, but there’s a good mix for beginners and intermediates. The vibe is chill and not too crowded, which makes it easy to enjoy skiing without the stress of big resorts.

EMSC is an amazing collective of inspiring coaches and athletes who bring the spirit of joy, possiblility and playfulness to every encounter on and off the slopes. If your kiddo has any interest in snow sports, this place will foster a lifelong sense of mastery and a healthy appreciation for the art of progression—each small step leading to a bigger goal. Plus it's not just a club, it's a tribe, a second family, a place where kids can find their authenticity and belonging. I can't say enough good things about their program. My daughter has completed three years and we are excited about the season to come!

I want to give a shout out to the EMSC. My boys have been involved with it on and off for the past 7 years. It's been a great program for them. I have one who likes the park and one who likes the big mountain. Neither of them are racers or big competitors. They just want to learn and have fun. EMSC has given them what the typical ski lessons could not. My guys grew out of those fairly early on and just wanted more time on the slopes and friends to ski with. The EMSC really does have something for everyone. If you want to compete, they can help you focus on that. If you just want to learn tricks in the park, there is support for that and lots of dry land training opportunities to perfect the skills. If you prefer big mountain, there are coaches teaching those skills as well. Given that the kids ski every weekend from the beginning of the season until the mountain closes, as well as there being travel opportunities during school holidays, I would say the value is really good. This is an organization that is growing in popularity and focuses first on the joy of skiing and will meet the kids wherever they are.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with EMCS over the years. Our oldest daughter has become a strong competitor, and this past season our youngest joined—and absolutely loves the program. Every child gains invaluable experience, whether they make the podium or not. EMCS isn’t cutthroat; it’s welcoming and truly part of the community. We also enjoy attending events as a family, cheering on the kids and even getting in a few laps during race runs. Matt, Eric, Paul, and David are absolute rock stars—you and your kids won’t regret the experience!
