Fantastic cultural experience, I left knowing so much more about the region and its history, Chicano & Italian & Anglo influences. Lots of hands-on exhibits sprinkled in that appeal to kids. Super cool outdoor exhibit of reconstructed pueblo.
View on Google ↗Beautiful museum. Great for events too. We had a wedding there.
View on Google ↗The volunteers are some of the nicest, most knowledgeable people ever. If you get a chance to, have Carol take you on a tour of the trading post. It blows my mind how much she knows about the history of the area and its people. What an incredible experience.
View on Google ↗Beautiful museum but kind of small. Almost half of what is advertised was closed and we weren’t able to fully access majority of the building. The trading post was also closed. They do have a gift shop as well.
View on Google ↗Small museum about the history of El Pueblo. Nice to visit, we walked through it under 1 hour and read almost everything. Some nice things for kids to do, but could be more interactive. It was a bit boring for my school kid, 10. Staff was very sweet. There is also a little museum shop with some regional craft works and a small art gallery. We liked the time.
