Beautiful library, lots of space to read or study across several floors. You need a library card to access the computers, but apart from that everywhere is open to the public. I love the fact they have separate sections for kids and teens on different floors. The curated displays look great too. And they also have a bookshop where the proceeds benefit the library.

Very centrally located and easy parking. It is a large, bright and well-equipped library. It offers books, movies, digital resources and educational programs for all ages. There are meeting rooms, quiet study rooms and youth areas. Internet access is available. I am now a member as well people living in Colorado can easily get a membership. The staff are very helpful. I recommend it.

This was my first time visiting the Denver library. I was told they recently did a renovation and it looks fantastic. The library offers a wide variety of resources including books (obviously), computers, gaming consoles for the teens in the children's library section, idea lab for anyone wanting to start something new (business idea etc), and an art gallery. My kids loved the newly renovated children's library section. There were so many different things to do from toddler age to teens. And I love the private quiet nooks throughout the library set up for reading. I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely go back for another visit later this summer.

The building is beautiful and there’s a lot of work spaces. Big work spaces too. It smells like BO in there pretty strongly and pretty regularly. It’s about 1.5 homeless people away from being a shelter. I can share more. I didn’t feel safe leaving my computer or any belongings unattended while I went to do things like print or use the bathroom like I can at other libraries. You almost feel like you need your guard up in there. Not the best place to focus while BO is in the air and you’re watching your back. Unfortunately I’ll never go back. It’s a beautiful building with a lot to offer. I was looking forward to that being my reason to head downtown and spend the day.

I really like the central library. If you wander up to the other levels it's a good place to hang out and cool down in the heat, charge your devices, read/write, and enjoy a coffee.
