Do NOT take your pets here. They will charge you for tests they don't run (to quote the vet, "we figured what's the point?"), and (I'm quoting an employee again) "everything takes longer here." That slowness cost my dog a toe and cost me over $1150, and NOW, over a month since my visit (that I paid for in full), they are randomly charging me for things I'm not even in Colorado to receive and threatening to send the invoice to collections. Don't go here.

CSU has the absolute best cardiology/cardiac surgery team in North America. Dr. Brianna Potter is outstanding. We travel from CA & NY to see her.

I had the unfortunate experience of loosing a pet while the great Vet Staff was trying to care of my cat, BUT I was NOT told that the cremation services were NOT included in the fees I paid. I got a very upsetting voicemail today stating that ‘we picked up Zeus’s body today, our commission fee is $120, call is back to approve the services.” (Don’t worry, Rainbow Bridge got an earful and a similar review) WHAT? I was not aware that I would have to deal with the creamation company separately, and that their fee was not included!! Last time I had to put a pet down, all I did was pay the clinic and they took care of the rest for me. Maybe I was not aware and my first experience was not the norm for the industry but STILL. Yeah, I may have signed a form that stated all of this but it was not explained to me and I was not in an emotional state to throughly read paperwork, I was being forced to say goodbye to a beloved pet that was suddenly sick and was gone within 24 hours. I will take my future emergency vet services somewhere else.

I have not taken an animal here for several years.but I did have a cat when the petunitary tumor who underwent state-of-the-art treatment of radiation and general medical care.phoenicians are top-notch. I had a great experience there,my cat had many years of healthy life afterwards and I am eternally grateful to this veterinary hospital and school.
