Got our ski rentals here one year and like liked them. Used them again this year and loved ‘em. In and out so fast for pick-up and return. Gear worked great. Hope to use them again.

What a fantastic ski shop!!! All the staff is so helpful, they jumped into action fitting my family of 5 into equipment. Gave a few tips for my rusty ski level then exchanged a pair of boots my wife found a bit too snug the next day before skiing. Highly recommend and good prices too!!! Book online to save the day before, can’t remember but it was 10-20%.

I was very disappointed after reading the previous reviews and then experiencing the service myself. We were treated in an arrogant tone by the owner, whose behavior was unfriendly, unkind, and not forthcoming. Her employee largely ignored what we were saying and kept trying to sell us equipment that was average or below average while presenting it as advanced. They undermined our opinion, assuming that because we are not from the area, we do not know anything about snow or equipment. We did not feel that the gear we were offered — and charged for as advanced — met that standard at all. I cannot recommend this place. The customer service and overall treatment were very disappointing

I’ve gone here for over 6 years for bike service, rentals for friends, ski rentals for guests, and ski tune ups for myself and they have always provided fast knowledgeable service to get us in and out. Also been very accommodating on the best possible prices on the mountain. Save your time going anywhere else.
