Colorado and Company was great to work with! They were extremely responsive, professional, and flexible when dealing with our situation. We worked specifically with Christina Walker and she was a gem of a person! Really open with our situation and went out of her way to try and find us the right fit for a rental property. I would 10/10 recommend Colorado & Company - will definitely use them in the future!

This review is about Rony Taj Leon. We were searching for a new place and noticed he was listed as the agent for two of the rentals we were interested in. Unfortunately, he was unresponsive all three times we reached out. One listing in particular caught our attention, due to the location and the fact that it met all of our requirements; it was taken down, then reposted, and even then, we still couldn’t get a response from him outside of what felt like an auto generated response with questions about credit, and income. We did end up finding a place eventually, but the lack of communication left us with a negative impression of the group overall.

I've had the pleasure of working with Hadley Smith at Colorado & Co numerous times. She has rented out a few of the properties I own, and every time she has found a responsible and friendly tenant. In one case I've had the tenant she found in the property for over four years. Hadley really takes the time to find a tenant who she believes will be a great fit for you. She makes recommendations throughout the process and provides a very thorough background check of each applicant. There's no one I would trust more in helping me through this process. As a real estate professional, who is not as involved in the leasing side of the industry, I also trust Hadley with all my client's rental needs. She and her team have time after time given accurate opinions on what rental rates are trading at. They have helped my clients feel comfortable about investment properties they are purchasing, or placing clients in great leasing situations. She is great to work with and I can't recommend her enough!

Many thanks to Laura Davidson and her associate Rony Taj Leon who did a great job over nearly three years in finding and vetting tenants and insuring the lease agreements reflected the current market prices on two of my properties they represented . They also assisted in supporting me in insisting on collecting damages on one of my properties where there were significant charges in excess of the security deposits.
