Hi, my husband and I came in today getting a day pass and the front desk lady, who claims she's the supervisor, said that our kitten wasn't allowed in there. That would be fine and all but last week we were allowed to have the kitten in the waiting area while we took turns taking showers. We let her know that and Apparently while I was in the shower she called security and said that my husband was being belligerent. Hes always very respectful. We don't appreciate her acting like that. Do better.

Been coming here for about 2 months. Came in about a month ago I have a little kitty is about 2 months old. Was told by the first lady at the counter that my kitty was not allowed inside. A few minutes later another lady who worked here came up and said that we were more than welcome to sit at the waiting area with a little tables with our kitty since we have to go in one at a time. We come back in today, and I told by the very same first lady that are animal was not allowed inside and that she had told us this week ago. I said well ma'am your supervisor explained to me that though the animal is not allowed inside that we were welcome to sit in the waiting room. Is she then told me that she didn't care what anybody else has said that she was saying that our animal is not allowed inside. What I was told I was approached by a ranger. Who is very quickly intercepted by the recreational security guard. Who very hastily explained that I was okay that I was just sitting there with my kitty cat and behaving myself. Later on after my wife came out and it was my turn to go shower I walked inside paid for my shower inside the very same security guard standing there at the counter. I asked him what all that was about. He told me that they were looking for an guy with a cat. When I told him well I'm a guy with the cat. He responded that one of the desk clerks had said that there was a belligerent man with a cat at the counter. I never got belligerent I never said a word I said okay thank you ma'am and I went outside. Now the security guard obviously tried to cover for the lady at the counter. Don't appreciate being lied about and don't appreciate being lied to eagle point needs to do better.

We are incredibly happy with our daughters’ swimming instructor, Michael! When we started, one of our daughters was actually afraid of the water. Thanks to Michael’s patience, professionalism, and amazing teaching skills, she now swims confidently and even enjoys being in the pool. The private lessons every Saturday are just 30 minutes long, but the progress has been truly impressive. Michael has a wonderful way of connecting with kids and making them feel safe and motivated. We couldn’t be more grateful and highly recommend him to any parent looking for an excellent swim coach!

Pretty run down. The pool is 31/2 feet All the way around, even the base of the slide. But they have the minimum height requirements set very, very tall in my opinion. Party room has nails coming through the roofing system, which I thought was pretty interesting. A good update would be good for this facility
