Colorado Elite Track Club

My 15-yo son trained with CESS in the fall/winter and then ran with the winter track program in the late winter. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. Shaw & the rest of the crew run a very welcoming community where my son quickly felt like part of the team, despite being new this year. His improvement in all of his sprints was pretty incredible, something we attribute to the overall strength/conditioning program as well as the focus on specifics like block starts. My son has done a ton of football/baseball and track programs over the years and this one was definitely at the top of the list for overall experience. We're unfortunately moving this year so he won't get to train all four high school years with Shaw, but if we were here there is no doubt we'd be back. Couldn't recommend the program any higher.

Juste is an excellent trainer. He brings great energy to every session and does an awesome job tailoring workouts to your specific goals. He’s motivating, knowledgeable, and makes training a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I have gotten so much stronger and faster, and have learned to love lifting! The coaches challenge you, but make the atmosphere so fun!! Highly recommend!!!

Colorado Elite Track Club is an amazing community! The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and truly care about every athlete’s growth. The atmosphere is positive and inclusive, and the events are well-organized and fun. Highly recommended.

My son has been a Colorado Elite athlete/runner for the past two years. Shaw is an amazing coach and has helped my son hit numerous personal records in sprints, hurdles, throws and jumps. They also have other great coaches who specialize in the individual events so the coaching is very specific for each athlete. My son has greatly benefited from the year round training with the fall/winter weight training with Shaw. It’s a great, structured program that he individualizes to each athlete’s need. Shaw is also very knowledgeable about the path high schoolers need to take to succeed in securing college spots including outreach and additional training that will appeal to college coaches. I highly recommend Colorado Elite Track Club!
