TERRIBLE customer service. I signed up our entire family and didn't see one family member bib pick up location was over an hour away. I contacted customer service and was told it was my mistake and they couldn't do anything to help. The race was over a month away. I've been running the BB for 30 years, it's not cheap. Would expect a little help from a mistake. Ridiculous customer service, done with the BB for good.

Absolutely loved my experience with the event. It truly is a "fun run", with a lot of great camaraderie with the participants and spectators at the event. Not sure what was my favorite part.. the free bacon, free beer, music/dancing event-side, or finishing off the race at the University of Colorado football stadium!

Couldn’t choose the local store signing up. Shipping to my address wasn’t possible. Customer support offered race day pickup for a $30 fee. Unfortunate how profit-driven this race is and how runners roost tries to make people pay $30 although they ship shoes between stores daily.

Lots of fun but it would help if walkers were encouraged to stay to the right, miserable for runners weaving through walkers. They had a bunch of people at the starting line holding the ropes and only three people giving people their bibs for on line registration. The back up was enormous🙁

I’ve run the bolder Boulder for a few years now and while it’s a great 5k, I will say it’s definitely kind of a bummer when you run it in the late morning, (or later) since by then all the fun stuff on the sides of the running path is gone or has a huge line. Like any promotional shots or drinks have already run out, and any other things (like the slip n slides) have way too big of a line. So as long as you’re in the early morning running group, I guarantee you’ll have an amazing time!
