A pass gets your family onto Arvada Reservoir, where kids can fish from shore or head out in a small fishing boat (electric motors only; boats must pass an on-site inspection). Passes are sold through the city's CivicRec system, and daily passes can be bought the day of your visit.
At Majestic View Nature Center, kids explore hands-on wildlife exhibits, an augmented-reality sandbox, and a beaver lodge activity area, with nearly two miles of wetland and prairie trails outside.
