Central Park MCA

This was a great venue for parties. I recently hosted a cocktail event for a CU Graduation here. Lawrence paid attention to so many details, when we arrived there was a mountain landscape shining on the curtains which gave it a very Boulder feel. The screen display was custom to say my daughters name and had CU Boulder logo in the background. He was very accommodating to create a dance floor space in-between the cocktail tables. Lawrence even helped us setup the Photo booth backdrop when I was scrambling and running low on time. Everyone loved the venue, whether they were dancing, sitting and eating, or hanging out by the bar to mingle, it was comfortable for all our guests. We had 180 confirmed rsvp's and I was very anxious about the turnout but pleasantly surprised. They even provided a mic for us to give speeches and announcements on the stage which we really appreciated. This was a great choice considering all of the other venues we looked at were so expensive. I highly recommend the Cube and their preferred Vendor, Avant-Garde, who took care of our bar/beverage needs.

Great meeting place, not too big or too small

Great venue for corporate meetings. It is in a good location. Does not have a lot of space for parking, but otherwise very accessible.

Do not book with MCA the cube! While the actual space is nice, the communication is horrible and they will cancel on you last minute. We had an event booked with them upcoming in three weeks and they decided that they "changed their policy" after the new year and have cancelled on us. I have tried for weeks leading up to the event to get in contact with Lawrence and he never returns your phone calls or emails. He is the only person who can handle the bookings and the other people who work there are less than helpful. Save yourself a last minute cancellation for a big event!
