Cynthia made our wedding first dance absolutely unforgettable. We wanted something that felt more like a performance than a traditional first dance, and she brought our vision to life perfectly. She was so creative, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Our family and friends were absolutely blown away by the final dance. We are so grateful for her talent and highly recommend her to any couple wanting a truly special wedding dance.

My fiancée and I signed up for dance lessons for our wedding first dance with two left feet and a dream. Thankfully, Cynthia worked absolute miracles with us. She was patient, engaging, professional, and somehow managed to make learning choreography feel fun instead of terrifying. We originally purchased the 7 private lesson package, but quickly realized we needed a little extra help, mostly because we wanted our first dance to look romantic and not like two people avoiding stepping on Legos. We ended up adding two more lessons, and honestly, every lesson was worth it. Cynthia made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited every step of the way. Also, a special shoutout to Carmina at the front desk for always being so friendly and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the entire studio felt warm and supportive. If you’re nervous about wedding dance lessons, trust me. If they can teach us, they can teach anyone. Highly recommend this studio for couples wanting to create a special memory (and avoid awkward swaying in circles for 3 minutes).

My fiancée (now wife) Amy and I signed up for dance lessons here before our wedding day and without much dancing experience, Ballroom and Beyond worked with us over the course of a couple months to create a first dance that felt natural, fun, and went smoothly on the big day. The team was super helpful and flexible and they even helped edit the song so it flowed more naturally with our dance and how long we wanted it to be. I know our first dance would not have been as special or as fun without Ballroom & Beyond. 100% worth the time and effort! Plus, a lot of fun at the same time!

This month marks my 2 year anniversary dancing at Ballroom and Beyond I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. Aside from the fact that dancing is so good for the body for various health reasons; when it comes to mental health the Ballroom and Beyond community is such an incredibly special place who makes everyone feel special and included. Whether you’re brand new and “think you can’t dance,” a social dancer, a wedding couple, just looking for a fun date night or wanting to compete, this community will embrace you with open arms. I’ve been competing with my coach, Nick, for the past two years with very little prior experience and have been extremely successful in the competition circuit. I could write a novel about the love and appreciation I have for this sport and community but instead I’ll just say, book an intro lesson and experience how special this studio is for yourself.

We booked 7 lessons for our first dance for our wedding and it was so much fun! We aren’t dancers but having lessons every week or so was a nice date night during the peak stress of wedding planning! Our instructor, Matthew, was phenomenal incorporating any and all requests and staying late a few times to make sure we felt comfortable with the move we learned! We have and will continue to recommend Ballroom & Beyond for wedding dance lessons! Not only was it so fun in the studio but we had a blast practicing and will have those memories forever!
