If you like a shared space gym that's packed full of fun things - then this is the place to be! I felt both completely out of my element and right at home as a traveling aerialist. The space is compact and looks like a parkour gym with a little bit of this and a little bit of that tucked away in every corner (even a fairly full-looking weights area in the front of the building outside of the parkour area). The other students looked like they were very comfortable in the space and the other students in my (Chinese pole) class were very nice and we played around together after our class which was awesome! The instructor did a great job moving the class along and bringing everything up/down in difficulty depending on the individual student. I loved trying out this new apparatus in such an encouraging and judgement-free place. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Our 6 year old son started APEX parkour in November of 2025. He saw the Three Ninjas Movie in October and loved it and immediately decided to become a ninja! We started him in parkour to teach him balance and how to move. This was our first step to helping him with his ninja dream. Within 2 weeks our son started becoming more responsible. He decided to get himself ready the morning of his second class on his own. He woke up, went to the bathroom, brush his teeth, got dressed, and was patiently ready to go hours before his class. This was a stark difference in behavior. This class has shown such a difference in his self esteem and confidence. He use to be scared to try anything new/different, but now he has a new mindset that came from his coaches at APEX and the environment they create there! It is a wonderful community with such a big impact. We are lucky to have found it and can’t recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing experience with Apex Denver Parkour! Our son absolutely loved his class, and the entire team made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Coach John was incredibly kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. He has a great way of connecting with kids, building their confidence, and making learning both fun and safe. Our son felt supported and excited the entire time. A huge thank-you as well to Malachi, who helped me through the waivers and patiently answered all of my questions. He was friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy. We enjoyed the experience so much that we signed up for a full month of classes—and we’re so glad we did. Highly recommend Apex Denver Parkour to any family looking for a positive, confidence-building, and fun activity for their child!

We were staying with family in Boulder while visiting from NJ. We took the drive to Denver and boy were we glad we did! My sons been training for a couple years with Inlet Parkour but we don't have a gym yet. So Damien was amazing on the phone while I was planning the trip, and so helpful in person. Then on to Kai (spelled right I hope), who taught a freerunning class. He was knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. After that class my son did the 2 hour open gym. Any questions were answered, support from other athletes, watching people train on silks, huge wall tramps and trapeze was very entertaining. I can't say enough about the staff! It's great to see that in my experience that no matter where we travel, the parkour community is the same. Apex Denver is a place not to be missed!

I've only ever been here for USPK competitions, but from my degree of experience, it's a top-tier parkour gym. ... not as cool as Path Movement tho ;) ... not because I'm biased, or anything... :^
